The terms of business are an agreement between "YOU" the customer, and "US the seller" WMC-Consultants or WMC-Conseils. Both sides are bound by this agreement.

Object
These terms are intended to define rights and obligations of parties in the context of online selling services offered by the seller to the consumer.
Services offered.
WMC-Consultants offers an advisory service online sports betting amateurs. This service includes:

    Prerequisites
    The Customer acknowledges meet the following general requirements:
  • Have the legal minimum age (18),

  • Have no addiction problem with online sports betting,

  • Use sports betting as a leisure activity , and do not disturb public order.
    • Condition for acquiring a method of level 2 or higher
    To acquire a method of level 2 or higher, the Customer must prove to WMC-Consultants that the aim of the current level is reached , which reflects a mastery of at least one method on this current level. This condition corresponds to implementation of the technique of leverage we powered to provide the best chances of success for our Customers. Moreover, this technique allows to prevent addiction problems since it begins with low stakes.
  • Aim to move from Level 1 to Level 2 is a cumulative benefit of 100 €,

  • Aim to move from Level 2 to Level 3, is a cumulative benefit of 1000 €,

  • Aim to move from Level 3 to Level 4 is a cumulative benefit of 10000 €,

  • Aim to move from level 4 to level 5, is a cumulative benefit of 100000 €,

    Confirmation of order
    The contractual information will be confirmed via e-mail to the address indicated by the consumer in the purchase order.
    Proof of deal
    Records stored in computer systems the SELLER's company, in conditions of reasonable safety are considered proof of communications, orders and payments occurred between both sides.

    The filling of purchase orders and invoices is made on a reliable and durable way and can be produced as evidence.
    Product Information
    All efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of information presented on our website. The SELLER or its suppliers are however not responsible for the consequences, incidental, special damages arising from electronic transmission or the accuracy of information transmitted even in cases where the seller was aware of the possibility of such damages. The names and product brands are used only for identification purposes. The photos, descriptions and prices are not contractual.
    Duration of supply and price
    Our prices are valid for the day, and may change from one day to another.
    Delivery mode
    Products are delivered to the email address specified by the customer on the order, as far as possible not later than 24h after the payment of the order, for the methods of level 2 or higher. For level 1 methods, the delivery will be sent just after the payment, in the Customer member private space.

    Like any expedition, it can be delayed or that the product gets lost. In such cases, the customer must notify the seller at the earliest. We will then send a new product identical.

    We disclaim any responsibility for the longer delivery times because of carrier, including any loss products, bad weather or strikes.
    Delivery errors
    The consumer should make from the seller, the same day delivery or later than the first business day following delivery, any claim of error of delivery and / or non-compliance product in kind or in quality compared to entries on the order form.

    Beyond this period, all claims will be rejected.
    The formulation of this claim to the SELLER may be made to the address of the seller.

    Any claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release the Seller of any responsibility towards the consumer.
    Product warranty
    WMC-Consultants has an obligation of means to its Customers, but does not absolutely guarantee the results and makes his best to assess the risks for each service offered so that the Customer is fully aware of them.
    Right of retraction and refund policy
    Given the sensitive nature of the sold products (open files), once a purchase order is paid it can not be cancelled and refund back. Moreover, our products will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
    Right to use
    The use of trademarks from our website is strictly prohibited.

    Our methods are simply made available to the buyer, but remain the exclusive property of our partner PronoSol. The Customer agrees to make personal use, excluding any form of distribution.
    Customer is not allowed to share or reproduce the purchased information with anyone. Any misuse, misconduct or other abuse of the relationship with WMC-Consultants will result in immediate cancelling of any relation between the Customer and Us. This includes, but not limited to, third parties acting on Customer's behalf. WMC-Consultants still withholds to right to pursue lagal action against any infringements of the copyright.
    Customer Account Responsability
    The Customer is wholly responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his account ID and password, and is not allowed to have multiple accounts. Customer accepts responsability for all activities that occur under his ID or password. In case of violation, WMC-Consultants reserves the right to suspend the Customer's account immediately, with no refund and still withholds the right to pursue legal action.
    Unforeseeable events
    Neither party will have failed in its contractual obligations, in so far as their execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by an unforeseeable event. Be considered unforeseeable any fact or circumstance, inevitable, independent of the will of the parties and which can not be prevented by them, despite all efforts reasonably possible.

    The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten business days, following the date on which it is aware.

    Both parties will then, within three months unless prevented, examine the impact of the event and agree the conditions under which the contract will be continued.
    If the unforeseeable event lasts over a period of one month, these terms may be terminated by the aggrieved party.
    Partial non validation
    If any provision of these Terms are held to be non validated or declared as such, under any law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, other provisions shall remain in full force and scope.
    Notification of changes
    WMC-Consultants reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without any prior notification.
    Applicable law
    In case of dispute or claim, the consumer will apply primarily to the seller for a fair solution.

    If litigation were unable to find a fair solution despite our efforts, European Consumer can either enter the courts of his country of residence or submit a claim with the European Consumer Center ( ECC-Net).

    It is the responsibility of the consumer to verify that the laws of his residence country does not preclude acquisition of advice and methods on Online Sports Betting.

    In case of sale to a Corporation, Company or Organization, any dispute concerning the sale (Price, Terms and Conditions, Products ,...) shall be subject to French law before the Trade Court of the SELLER's headquarter.
    Litigation
    All orders placed through the SITE of WMC-Consultants are considered to be accepted by the Customer, without any restriction to these Terms and Conditions of sale.
    Data Protection
    All the data you entrust to us are for processing your orders.
    WMC-Consultants commits to use these data only for this purpose.
    Under French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to personal data, files and freedoms you have toward the seller the right of rectification, consultation, modification and even deletion of data you have provided. This right can also be done online.
